Bethan & Simon chose Hedsor House in Taplow, Berkshire as the stunning backdrop for their romantic winter affair The day started with a winter wonderland style, romantic candlelit ceremony, with a white aisle lined with twinkling candles and pretty rose petals. Free-standing silver & white birch trees laced with fairylights and hanging crystals lined the room, providing a lovely twinkling ambience for this romantic ceremony.

The room was then completely re-styled in a very short space of time in preparation for the wedding breakfast, which took a complete 360 degree turn from the winter wonderland style ceremony into a sumptuous banquet-style dinner, using decadent rich red, green and gold tones. Bethan & Simon opted for a slightly more unconventional wedding breakfast, providing their guests with a lavish feast that was extravagant in both service & style.

Their main aim was to keep giving their guests small surprises throughout the day, really encompassing the overall ‘wow’ factor. One of the highlights of the day was the show-stopping amuse bouche with dry ice effect, which marked the start of dinner. The couple wanted to spoil their nearest and dearest with all of their favourite things and with so many moments to choose from, this day was truly unique and personal to them.
